Production & Processing Times

All items are made with careful attention to detail and may require production time before shipping. Please allow 5-8 weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped.

Production timelines begin after your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. These timelines include manufacturing, quality control, and final preparation before shipment.

Please note that production times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as material availability, manufacturing delays, quality inspections, or unexpected circumstances. We will always do our best to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.

Pre-Orders

Items listed as pre-orders are produced specifically for customers after purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline provided on the product page.

Pre-orders will not ship immediately. Your order will be shipped once production is completed and the item has passed our quality control process.

Delays

While we work hard to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur during production or shipping. If your order experiences a delay, we will provide updates whenever possible.

Delays caused by production, shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are made in limited quantities or begin production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Please make sure all order information, including size and shipping details, is correct before placing your order.
